I just updated my graphics driver and the City of Heroes no longer tells me it is out of date; however, the game play is as choppy as hell and anytime I move it causes momentary lapses of freeze time. Also... my load times are incredibly long. What else can I do?

I had the same problem w a different game. See if the game has the options to change the graphics, such as gamma,textures, shadows etc. Ajust these to lower settings and your framerate should go faster, but the graphics may be less desirable. Or do what I did and get a new graphics card. I have an ATI radeon 5550 and it works good and very easy to install.Go to wwwnewegg.com

Did you first uninstall the old driver?Well if you didnot, you must uninstall both drivers .Restart pc and then reinstall the new one.

i would try cleaning your comp i.e delete temp files and cache and defraging if that dont help your comp isnt fast enough
