Well, if they are really your true friends they shouldnt care that much. Maybe if you go into it subtle it wouln't come as such a shock to your buds. Like maybe just start with wearing more girl shirts and then go from there. Also, why do want to be a girly girl. I'm not, and Im not a tomboy either. You can be in between.

being a tomboy means that a girl/woman has the guts to be whatever she wants to be whenever the situation calls for it...and that is what your friends like about you. just because you put on a dress and some make-up doesn't change anything. when the parties over it's back to jeans, tees and sneakers.

Nails first.....french nails. 2 weeks later start wearing pink tops with your jeans. If you wear glasses now is a good time to invest in contact lenses. A month later get your long hair cut well (but keep it long). A month after start wearing makeup. A month after start wearing jewellery (bling). Six months later get some new dresses or skirts.
If you do it all in one foul swoop they will notice. If you do it gradually they wont notice that much. If they do, so what? You are a girl after all.

before everything, under no circumstances make your chum substitute. If she likes the way she is, or if it fairly is her form, it is your interest as a chum to settle for that. shame on you for be ashamed to bypass out which includes her! pals love one yet another for who the guy is, and are under no circumstances stricken about something as shallow as outfits! in spite of the undeniable fact that, there are a pair things you would possibly want to do. Why not provide her, only for an afternoon, a makeover, credit of you? bypass buying for some girly outfits products, and do her nails, hair, and makeup. If she would not comply with that, tell her that she will be in a position to get to do an same for you in HER form, and that you in basic terms prefer to change for an afternoon. If she likes how she feels in what you do to her, encourage her in each and every style thanks to pursue what she needs, yet do not attempt to make her into something she's not. As for adult men and different ladies liking her, once she exhibits the right crew of human beings to loaf round with, she will be in a position to discover the position she matches in. maximum critically, be there for her as she tries to discover herself. help her, and do not stress her into something. make positive she knows that, tomboy or not, you adore her, and with any success which will be adequate to provide her a self belief booster. i desire I helped!

OK first of all you cant completely change from a tomboy to a girly girl over night. i think if you talk to your friends about it first and explain to them why you think you need to change they will be OK with it. they might try it too, you never know. then if they think its for a stupid reason(like a guy) they would tell you and if they do listen to them. you don't have to do what they say just listen to their opinions.

You can change your appearance but who you are will remain the same. If they are truly your friends they will remain your friends no matter what you look or dress like.
