There is a setting in your security settings to block or "restrict" calls. You can specify a number that will NOT be allowed to come in, or go out. If you are unsure how to access this setting on your particular phone look in the guide or call your provider, they will always be able to help you figure it out. You will also need to know your security code, usually its the last four of your phone number, if not try four 0's or contact your provider for the defualt.
