I don't know. I hope Cleveland wins a championship before Filthadelphia ever wins one!

It could take awhile to answer that question. Cleveland just isn't a big market like New York. The Tribe couldn't compete with the big spenders. Before salary caps in the NFL and NBA we had to compete against other big cities and the sports dynasties. The Cavs are looking good though and they have an owner that really wants to win. We have not had a big spending owner in a long time. Dick Jacobs rode the Indians for as long as he could before selling them and passing a mess to someone else. Just think about all the talent the Indians have had come through and now play somewhere else. Remember when Bartolo Colon was traded so the team could "rebuild." Come on, who was Dolan fooling there. I guess the easy answer is that Cleveland is yet to have an owner that spends what they need to win or if they get an owner that would spend what they need to win (ie, Al Lerner) the owner is restricted by a salary cap.

LeBron might not miss a full season, but what I expect from him pretty soon,is that he will asked to be traded someplace else where he'll get all kinds of publicity and spots on TV shows, also a movie part or his own show

Hey, the Indians made it to the World Series twice in the 90s, it can get a lot worse than that!

i'm from cleveland, lived there all my life, and now i live in atlanta.
what everyone has to understand that cleveland, the city is poor, so we aren't going to get any good players to play for us. thats why we got tim couch in 1999, we should have gotten a veteren. but cleveland browns are a young team and they are going to lose and thats good because it will make them stronger and they will make less mistakes. just keep supporting them, i still do!

CLEVELAND ROCKS!
