Throw out all of those "pesky" books. It will leave more valuable space for the Kegmiester.

My dad made me a bed that wasn't a loft, but was high enough off the ground for many of those Rubbermaid storage units. I became addicted to storage in college. You can't have enough containers, baskets, shelves and drawer organizers.

Get some of those vacuum sealing bags, that will solve your problems! Or throw everything into a box neatly :P But seriously, strategically stack stuff so that you can still find it or use it. I don't know, I am still in Highschool anyway. Go for the vacuum bags!

Hang shoe hangers - the kind w/pockets - on either side of the door to hold toiletries, brushes, etc. Under bed boxes for linens & shoes.

Notebook computer, iPod (no CDs or stereo), spacesaver bags. Folding bookcases, chairs and tables, (the canvas ones are geat and cheap too) and hampers.

Type in all your notes and scan all papers, will not need huge binders and will not lose papers.

Loft the beds. Then you can put a futon or your desk underneath it. Or, get rid of one bed and sleep with you roommate.
