Can you work overtime on Saturday LOL this is the question I seem to ask my colleagues most!!

Seriously though, I would like to ask them to reflect on whether or not nursing has given them the job satisfaction they sought on entering training and ask them to give me reasons why or why not - I would use the answers to try to improve our working environment. I am always trying to improve life for my collegues and the patients.

I've worked in the NHS for quite a few years, as a healthcare professional, and seen lots of changes within the Nursing profession.
One question (sorry that it is quite long) that would be well worth asking is
"Why did the Nursing profession choose to stop caring? Modern Nurses are not as patient centered as in the past, with a greater emphasis placed upon management and non clinical roles. Do you think the phasing out of the Enroled Nirse contributed to this?"
Ask that question, especially to your clinical nurse tutors and your nursing lecturers, because it would be intersting to hear what they say!

I would ask why they never seem to know what to do with me whenever I go to the hospital?... I always seem to end up with clueless nurses that take 3 hours to find someone that actually knows what they are doing... not good when suffering from severe bleeding!
