I am looking for a website that has all the color schemes like chromatic and monochrome. I think that it is something that you would learn in a basic college art class. I'm not sure how many there are but I know that those are 2 of them.

You need a Colour Wheel....you can sometimes find them on decorating websites.....give it a try.
