Several suggestions...

1. Close down all the starbucks, and ban those inane free newspapers they hand out at skytrain stations. This should reduce litter by one half.

2. Install a transit system that fuctions so you can get to and from the outer suburbs without bringing along emergency provisions. (if your near the train its ok. if your not its brutal.)

3. give incentives to companies to move theri main offices out of downtown and into outlying areas, so people don't have to cross 6 bodies of water on inadequate bridges to get to work every day.

4. Allow Maple Ridge to return to its natural state (it would be a while before anybody knew it was missing)

5. Ban cell phones from parks, hiking trails, etc.

6.. Ban the word "bertuzzi" from conversation.

7. Exile all grumpy ranters like myself to Toronto, or for serious offenders, Winnipeg.
