My friend has a Bearded, and she's a wonderful creature - gentle and docile in all normal circumstances.
However, when my friend's cousin came over and startled the dragon, chasing her and harassing her with his hand in the cage, she puffed out and finally bit at his thumb. It did break the skin, but it wasn't anything like a gaping wound. He complained of it hurting for a few days after it was treated, but other than that, it wasn't too big of a deal.
Mostly, I've heard that Beardies very rarely bite humans. If they do, it's either as a last resort - like my friend's - or because they mistake your hand for food.

My Beardie is an amazing boy and I have only been bitten once. As wonderful as he is he's also a very aggressive eater. I was hand feeding him and I had the food resting on my finger. The food slipped off my finger and he got me instead. As soon as he realized that he had me,he let go. The bite didn't even break skin and I hardly felt it. So you have nothing to worry about because I still hand feed him.

I have, I own a bearded dragon. He is usually nice unless He's shedding and I didn't know he was shedding so I gave him a kiss and he bit me on the nose. But it didn't hurt, it just suprised me.

Yes, but it wasn'ta real bite. I was feeding a very assertive eater, he misjudged the food and nipped my finger, he let go right away. He was only about 8 inches long at the time, it didn't hurt and it left no mark.

No, my mates got two bearded dragons and I always hold them, you should use lemon handwash before you hold them though, they smell it and immediatly dont want to bite you, its just to be safe.
