Well, you can either use a makeup remover, which tend to be greasy, or you can use baby oil, or vaseline. You should always wash your fash after removing make up though, just to remove anything left behind.

Baby oil makes a good, cheap eye makeup remover.

Obviously make-up remover, but if you are looking for an alternative to those you can use Vaseline, just a little on your eyes, works well doesn't dry them out. The only fall back is that it is a bit harder to get off

With eye makeup remover. I have used more expensive brands, but nothing works as good as this oily stuff I get at the dollar store. Seriously.
My mom uses crisco! Really anything that is greasy/oily will work. Think about how when you sweat or get greasy, your makeup melts off.

Go to wal-mart and buy some eye makeup remover near the makeup and i prefer ALMAY..it works really great. Then make sure you wash your face after cause any eye makeup remover makes your face look really oily.

Cold Cream works really well, it also helps remove halloween face paint easily, just rub on the cream and the makeup usually wipes off.

Q-tip. And some eye make-up remover. You can go get some pretty good stuff at Target, or Origins.
