WHY? Why do you need one? In the hands of authority they serve a useful purpose in aiding in restraining potential violent people without doing them permanent harm ( dont know why the police bother really......but thats another story) But in the hands of those not in authority they would only be used as a threat to others and quite rightly carry the same sentence for possession as a firearm........so dont bother

As they're illegal, probably the local mafia or criminal gang. ... Nothing more to add really. Even if I knew, I wouldn't say as I wouldn't assist ANYONE to do something which would be illegal or get them into serious trouble - as well as possibly myself as well as anyone who supplied you.

You cannot buy them in the UK, they are illegal, but you will find them on websites from the continent
