Provided its not a dead bolt style lock, this is a snap. You will need a strong thin bladed screwdriver (or pocket knife) and perhaps an old BlockBuster card. Slide the screwdriver in between the door jamb and handle.... next pull the door towards you since it should close swinging to the outside of the room. While pulling the door towards you, push in with the screwdriver and old plastic card. You will feel them slide past the latch and at this point you should be in your room.

I also suggest wearing your key around your neck before you lock your "back up" key (the screwdriver and card) in your room also. Hope this works, this is the basic technique needed to open your OWN PROPERTY and see the disclaimer below....

Every lock has what are called tumblers and they are of diffrent lengths and they all have to be alined to turn the lock. Let's face it, unless you are mechanicly inclined you are at a loss. Do you understand how your computer work's in your car and how it talks with diffrent componets on the car like the oxygen censor, or the crank censor? Do you know how much purified uranium you need to get a chain reaction? P.S. I never learned this in college but you need to watch the movie Good Will hunting, and then you'll understand!

use a low power explosive, u cud just make and hide a couple of copy keys around the house. or you could unhinge the door nxt time or onscrew the lock.
U NEED A proper lock picking kit which cost like £20 and you have to find a website sayin how to use it aswell.

I'd say that you should have learned the first time. Give someone an extra key or hide one somewhere outside your bedroom. There are lots of ways to fix your problem but I don't know enough to help you.

confident i will. the door locks are trouble-free with a bobby pin, comparable with small locks that are used to fasten a locker (no longer the blend locks). i've got on no account had to purpose something different than those.
