I heard that three guys escaped from alcatraz by squezing through the vents and three floors of pipes, then they made a boat fourting feet long and six feet wide out of ran coats, then they got up onto the roof and went fiftyfeet down a pipe to the water. They could of drowned or there still alive. Do you think this is possible?

I'll assume that you just saw the Mythbuster's Program on the Discovery channel, or your timing is impeccable. However, in the event you just feel the need to have someone answer you, the answer appears to be yes. Actually, the fact that they escaped Alcatraz is undisputed. But it does appear that they could have survived under the right conditions. I know 'cause I saw it on TV so that makes it true.

Even if they did make it out they most likely got eaten by sharks as there are sharks and other big game fish in the water surrounding Alcatraz.
