I would say that if you feel something isn't right then talk to them. I have friends, that are guys, that I talk to on the phone and hang out with all the time. My husband has never accused me of cheating and I havn't. So step back and take a good look. If you are blowing things up then back off but if not then talk to them.

the best way to find out if you really want to know is ask the both of them while you are all together and see what kind of reaction you get. If they say no and their answers seem sincere then I suggest you apologize to them both. If they are cheating then she was never really your friend in the first place and he was no good either, move on to more real people

well regardless of what tohers may say, let this go and he will be cheating. first have a private chat with him leting him know of your feelings. If after the chat you feel he is by what he says or reacts to how you feel, DUMP.
let it go and your the one who gets hurt. If he has to talk to her first and then with you by way of 3 way with her, he leaves the door wide open as being a cheater. He should be talking to you first not her.
