I'm going to say Final Fantasy X-2.
To be perfectly honest, I wasn't a huge fan of Final Fantasy X to begin with, but FFX-2 was nothing but a major disappointment, and seemed like it was just a fan-service.
The dress sphere system was decent and it was nice going around and seeing what Spira was like after Sin, but that's all the credit I'm going to give FFX-2. The characters were flat, the story was lame, and I was so distracted by side quests that I completely lost track of what the main objective was.
I'm also a firm believer that any Final Fantasy game should have no sequels. It's called "Final" Fantasy for a reason (I know the sequel thing isn't the -real- reason, but, you know...). The same could also be said for Dirge of Cerberus: Final Fantasy 7. Huge disappointment.
