how to get in CAR RALLIES?

Find your local Motor Club, and join it.
Go to their meetings and get yourself known.
You can very easily get into marshalling, but it's more difficult to compete, unless you've got a stack of money.
Every Motor Club will have people who can help you. Contact me and tell me where you live. I might know a good club for you.

How bout checking with the SSCA( Sports car club of America).They have some very good events and is a good learning ground.
