I have just built a fountain and pond with a waterfall. How do I attract more Blue Tailed Skinks? I have seen one but would have a lot more.

Here's the best link I could find:

One of the posters says:
"Where I live there is no shortage of lizards. I don't consider myself an expert on attracting them, but most of the suggestions so far are pretty solid. Give them at good hiding place - a stack of lumber or rocks works just fine for that. Make sure they have access to plenty of food, but not having enough insects around is a rare and enviable problem, at least in my opinion.

The article the last poster gave also briefly mentioned 'a predator-free environment'. That one is probably one of the easiest to overlook, but it does make a huge difference. Way back in the days of yore when I first started doing field paleontology work, I remember my wise old trainer sharing a bit of wisdom. "See all the lizards around here?" he once asked casually. "Yes," I replied, expecting some great insight into the relationship between these lizards and the fossilized reptiles we were unearthing. "Do you know what they mean?" he queeried, eyebrow raised. I thought a moment, and shook my head. "It means you probably aren't going to be pissing off a rattler when you start moving those rocks over there," he replied. "If there were any snakes living around here, there wouldn't be so many lizards." I thought that was great advice, so much so I neglected to realize he had just pawned the heavy lifting off on me again...

To this day, if I'm out hiking I tend to pay attention to the Lizard Level Gauge. If I don't see any, I pay a bit more attention to where I'm putting my hands and feet. The moral of the story? If you want lizards, you'll have better luck if you keep the predators away."

Another says:

"putting out water and building some sort of rock pile or rock wall will likely earn you their favor forever"
