I'm so sorry that you feel so bad.
Since western medicine hasn't helped you too much, why not try some eastern. Acupuncture for example, or even message. They may help with the pain enough for you to relax a little bit.
Stress my cause some anxiety issues with your child, and maybe some behavioural problems as well. Talk with your doctor about what the best thing is to do, ask him about some eastern medicine too. It is worth a try.

I would check into a NUCCA chiroprator, I started going to one over a month ago for constant reoccuring headaches and back problems. It is a very painless adjustment at the very top of your neck and it is surprising how much relief I got from it almost immediately, my daily headaches stopped right away. It isn't like other chiropractors that twist you and pop your entire spine, I have been to those several times too without long lasting relief. Make sure to ask what effects it could have on pregnancy, it seems so painless and minimal that it may not have any effects at all though.

I've also had problems like this. My OB told me to get a maternity belt. It's helped ALOT. Just keeps things in place where they should be. Warm baths also help too. I've been told it goes away sometimes after 28 weeks, but Im 32 weeks now and I still have a horrible time with this kind of pain. It's just one of those pregnancy pains that we have to deal with. It's very uncomfortable I know, but there isn't really anything to be done for it or so I've been told.

This kind of pain is HORRIBLE...I had it worst when I was around 30 weeks but it went towards the end, I don't feel it now and am 41 weeks. I so a physical therapist briefly who showed me some stretches to do. The easiest and most effective being to sit with your legs crossed and push down on your knees as far as they can go. You can also sit on the end of a chair and put one foot on your knee, again pushing down on your leg as far as it's comfortable. This pain cannot affect the baby although I guess your stress from it would stress him/her out. I hope it eases up soon. Good luck!

Find a chiropractor that treats pregnant women. My sister went to one with her sciatica during pregnancy and got great relief.

Can you visit a chiropractor?
I think it may be worth a shot if you are in that much pain. Just let them know you are pregnant, and see if there's anything that can be done.
