Is it difficult to have Paypal forward my customers to a web-page after they have paid?

So they can get their product.

Not at all. As your creating the "Buy Me" button code there's a place to put your forwarding site url. Just be sure to choose the encrypted option. If you don't encrypt people can view source and see your download link. They cannot when it's encrypted.

thats not paypals problem to deal with. as long as they get paid, thats all they really care about.
