It's not a health problem, no.
It does cause discomfot for women though, because it kind of pokes the girl the wrong way, lol (aka getting sidewalled). Don't go for surgery unless it is a drastic curvature, and not all women are bothered by it.

It's not a problem.
It is caused by excessive ejaculation with one hand during puberty, when the body is growing.
It's usually not a congenital defect.
It doesn't do anything wrong to the woman. In fact, it's better for some women.

no mate, loads of people have a slanted penis. If it's really slanted then you've been masterbating too much. Have you never showered with other guys? you must have noticed even if you weren't looking intentionally

yes it a medical condition that can be corrected if need be. not so much a problem for the man but the woman because the sex can be painful for the woman because he can easily hit the g-spot. i have no problem i like it that way
