The vehicle start to cut out and after taking it to the dealers they still cant get the problem. They put it on the computer but no problem. I even send it to Bosch dealers to check the diesel pump but there was no problems.

The vehicle get a "hicup" when the refs go over 3000 and you did not change it to the next gear it cut out. When you eventually get to the fifth gear and start getting your speed over 100 km per hour it start to "hicup" more till you get over the 120 kph then it travel smoothly again. The moment you start loosing speed again it start doing it all over again.
I would appreciate it if somebody can give me an idea what the problem can be.

I just checked the ASE database for other vehicles with this problem and none were listed that were diesel.
I cannot tell you exactly what to look for as it is British, and is in Canada.(?)
However, it SHOULD be OBD II compliant (diagnostics protocol), and as such, should allow for a "snap-shot" or "movie" during operation.
The tech connects the scan tool to the OBD II DLC, and drives the vehicle. When the failure is experienced, he presses the "trigger' for the movie to begin. it will record several required operational parameter values for thirty seconds.
Of those thirty seconds, the first fifteen are before the event occurred, and the last fifteen seconds are after the event.
the tech now can go back and compare all the recorded values, both before and after, and those he sees divergent from the norm, or wildly outside expected values can be investigated and tested for failure.
If Land-Rover isn't willing to perform this diagnostic, call around and locate a REPUTABLE repair facility that KNOWS Land-Rover. Be sure he displays the ASE badge on his business.
Discuss with him the cost of Diagnostics, and the repairs, and be sure to tell him about your issues with the dealer.
