So far Lil 'w' hasn't accepted responsibility for any of the things that have happened or he instigated "on his watch". He's done a lot of finger pointing and it seems for every foul-up, he has a new person to blame.

Just who is running this show anyway? Obviously, 'w's lost control.

I think that George W ran under a Bush/Cheney ballot because Cheney/-?- stood less than a fair shot of winning. This is my theory of how it works:

George thinks that God is telling him what to do, but it's really Cheney feeding him instructions over an intercom. Cheney gets to hide behind a curtain like the Wizard of Oz, and Curious George blunders out to deliver more inspired nonsense, with a famous face to keep his approval rating close enough to half to stay in power.

Given that Cheney is such a lousy shot, the buck would just keep on running and the quail would just keep on flying. Just be sure to duck. I quack myself up sometimes.
