If you have a large hospital nearby, they might have part time work for you. Hospitals are open 24/7, which is convenient for someone like you.
A large hospital has multiple departments, each with potential jobs.
If you looked for work as a bartender, you would have to go around to each bar one at a time, wouldn't you? That wouldn't be as efficient as going to one large employer, such as a hospital.
You could also try a shopping mall. You could apply for many jobs without having to drive to each employer separately.

Do you want another job that's about 4 or 5 hours long? If so then you can apply at local chain stores for something like that although they tend to favor people with open schedules and they don't pay too well
Other options are too work from home, try filling out surveys, check out http://www.*************/index.php?ref=7...
they pay for surveys and product trials. Then look into things with flexible schedules like mystery shopping, it's alot of writing but it's VERY flexible and you can take on as many or as few jobs as possible.
Depending on your skill you can do some side work, anything from web design to income taxes
Consider opening an ebay biz or an organizing business, the possiblities are endless.

Cleaning job probably would have the best hours to suit - 2 or 3 hours an evening. At least unlike a bar job you wouldn't be falling asleep the next day, and risk jeopardising your full time job! Cleaning jobs will pay a better hourly rate than most bar jobs too. Your weekly paper should have some p/t office cleaning roles in.

It has to be a Bar Job, you will have fun, earn some extra cash, and if you are a nice person, you will probably make some good tips, if the customers like you.
Go for that and have fun.
All the best.
