A handyman who was not so good installed tiles on my cabinet tops and it has dried. Question is how do we remove it?

if this has been done for a while you will have problems removing it , you could try removing it with a Stanley knife blade and gently scrape it off but you must be care-full not to scratch the enamel on your tile`s , other option is to get some grout remover from b&q and try that .

it should come up with a wet rag.. it might take a little elbow grease.. also you can add a little vinger to the water to help take the film off the tile that the grout left behind.

the grout will remove quite easily with warm water and an abrasive (non-metallic) dish-scrubbing sponge. Get something like a Chore Boy sponge where one side is a green abrasive sponge and the other side is a regular yellow sponge.

you could try the window type scraper carefully, to get the grout off.
unless you mean all the tiles.
Post back as it doesnt seem clear.

it should come off, try wiping it with a clean, wet rag.
