can any one tell me why they dont suck against the creative zen vision m besides thickness. the zen vision m is better. anyone care to tell me whay the ipods supposedly better?

well the zen vision m is available in 60 gb. also. the zen vision m also has a beter screen and sound quality and comes in 5 colors. it plays more vide tha nthe ipod.hey the ipod doesnt have 5 hour video. only the 60 gb does. the 30 gb now has 3.5. teh zen has 4.5. and the zen still has much mroe features. if you think of it. the ipod can be more bulky beucase if you want radio you have to cary fm reciever. iff oyuwant mic you got to cary a mic thing. if you want longer battery you have to buy a battery extender/

I have an ipod, and i hate the thing.

lol check out the new Ipod Video 30 GB. About the same price as the Zen Vision M, longer battery life (5hrs of movie) brighter screen, now with even games. Only that Ipods dont support radio and voice recording, and it scratches easily. But I think Ipod Video is a worthy competitor for Zen Vision M.

What more effective crap? iPods are awsome and they don't suck. they fairly artwork ok. significantly better than many different mp3 gamers. What!? iPods suck? Marajuana is bad, ok. They hold more than any other mp3/music player. 80GB! Thats almost 3 times as much as my computer holds (it sucks)! They play music, games, videos, and show pictures. You can even install Linux on them at ipodlinux.com. I don't get where you're coming from here, but get an iPod. It's worth it!
Whoever says that iPods aren't compatible with radio, you can buy a little reciever thing and listen to it. I have no idea how expensive they are.

I agree with you there. I can't speak from experience never having owned an iPod but I'd never buy one because I buy a lot of music from Napster, which is in WMA format. Since iPods won't play WMA files they would be useless to me.
