Robocop's exoskeleton would prove a decisive advantage, protecting the soft underbelly. Once Robocop got throught the fleshy part of Terminator, the weak links in its skeleton are easily visible. Not only that, but Robocop has cool weapons of the future while Terminator must make due with whatever weapons he can find in the era he has time traveled to. While he could get Robocop-esque weapons, Robocop has a whole supply of readily available weapons courtesy of the well-armed station house he works at.

The Terminator would win because the terminator was a more mobile and faster unit then the RoboCop. RoboCop may have been stronger and smarter however.

Robocop because the Terminator was beat by a woman so obviously a robot can easily beat the Terminator, especially when he's a guy too.

Robotcop breaks apart too easy. Terminator can still whoop you down to it's skeleton with one arm and one leg. Terminator kicks butt.
