A pathogenic disease is a disease caused by an external agent, a so-called pathogen, such as a bacterium, a virus, or a worm.

Examples would include Malaria, Cholera, TB, Sleeping sickness and many others.

A physiological disease is a disease where a normal physiological process of the body is disturbed.

Examples would be a stroke, where the blood supply to the brain is interrupted and the brain dies, or type I diabetes where the body is unable to produce enough insulin. And of course many others.

I don't know the exact definition of Pathogenic diseases, but it has to do with bacteria and viruses, like chickenpox or salmonella poisoning.

Physiological diseases have more to do with the mind, so I would think that mental illnesses would apply to physiological diseases.

2--- pathological diseases this is disturbance of normal body activities by many causes as leakage of nutrients or infections or trauma or radiations so this disturbance not made by body it self (brain) for example
--Pathological goiter = enlagment of thyroid gland and increase its secretion at any age due to many causes as infection , radiation , drugs , toxin and it has many complications "not benifts" to the body need treatment "surgical or medical" to cure
--Pathological polythycaemia = due to distubance of bone marrow or spleen it lead it increase blood viscosity leading to thrombosis then embolism "could be fatal" need treatment

Pathogenic is physical, like part of your body and you can see it. like cancer

Physiological is in your mind like a mental illness such as bi polar disorder.
