If you're talking about the movie or the comic books then the answer is no.
If you're talking about the TV series with Bill Bixby then the answer is also no and the final TV movie they made with Bill Bixby resulted in Bruce Banner's death. He fell from an airplane and he died. I haven't seen it in a long time but I think he was Bruce when he hit the ground.

Nope.
And he picked up a few extra problems along the way .. mainly due to different writers.

from wiki:
Due to retroactive continuity established by writers Bill Mantlo and later Peter David in the 1980s, Banner is said to suffer from multiple personality disorder, which stems from the abuse he suffered as a child. The Hulk has many incarnations, each representing a different aspect of Banner's psyche.

He discovered rather accidentally that the pharmaceutical of choice was already in existence. While self-medicating with presciptions purchased illegally in Tijuana, he popped a pill he didn't recognize. He felt better and discovered from the supplier that this little pill was called lithium. After getting a proper prescription in the States he was cured. Unfortunately the next time thugs attacked him on a subway he failed to transform into a Hulk and he died from brain hemorraging the next day which was inflicted by a tire iron blow to the head. :(

At one point in the characters history, he had the ability to control when he turned into the Hulk. But this did not last long.
