I've searched quite a bit and couldn't find anything; sigma and other suppliers just don't have a value for the melting point.
MnCl2 has Tm= 652 C and MnCl2.4H2O has 58 C
If we assume a similar effect of water for MnBr2, then since MnBr2 has Tm= 698 C MnBr2.4H2O might have Tm in the range of 60-70 C. This is a hand-waving wild speculation, if it is of any help.
I guess you probably need the exact value in order to check the purity of your product. Sorry...
