Do you know what caused the bruises? Do you get bruises elsewhere on a regular basis?

If it is normal bruising, it will just take time...up to 2 weeks for that blood to be re-absorbed into your body. Nature will take care of it.
The healing of a bruise goes through varying color stages so don't be too alarmed.

I am an alternative medicinal therapist and i always use WITCH HAZEL for this type of thing (neat) If these occur by themself then you have a problem. Bruises are a mild form of internal bleeding. You may hemophilia. Get it checked if this is the case

If it is a recent bruise, a cotton-wool pad soaked in witch hazel can help a lot. Try it anyway. Also a warmish bath. Otherwise, there is no way to remove it but time passing.

Arnica gel works but sublingual arnica pills work better because they are taken internally. They also have slight analgesic effect. Try 30x strength.

You can't get rid of bruises, they just have to fade to yellow and then they will go away.

Get some whole tobacco leaves, soak them, and then put them on your bruise and then wrap it up with some gauze.

make a massage with ice... it is very very useful... you can also use a small piece of viel and "stick" it for 5-10 minutes on your bruises. I have tried both and they worked.
