have a 1984 Suncrest motorhome, need to rplace some parts, cruise control, etc

Most parts such as cruise control come from the chassis manufacturer. Most motor homes are built on a a truck chassis. Any scrap yard that sells truck parts should be able to help you with engine and drive train parts and accessories!!!

You might want to look for a wrecking company that hauls big rigs; they would probably have a truck & equipment suitable for towing a motorhome.
If you can't find such a company, call the local RV dealer or diesel repair shop and ask if they have somebody they can recommend.
