i dont think u will get them back

By default, messages are usually deleted from the mail server once you have downloaded them via POP3. Otherwise, your mailspace would run out of room. (I assume you are downloading these into a local mail client like Outlook.) If you don't see them in the inbox or deleted items folder on the webmail view, they are gone:

Deleted messages can not be re-accessed, they have been deleted for ever. If for some reason they have gone through no fault of your own - i.e you logged on and they were gone - then you should contact yahoo customer services.

Have you forgotten your password or can you access your inbox?

I'd contact customer care.

If you've deleted them - have a look in your trash folder (might not have been emptied).

you have to define 'lost'. Did you delete them?
