Well, look at present Government: I don't see any difference in attitude and approach. One would think the Confederates actually had won the war. Look at Katrina - New Orleans f.e.

I wouldnt want to be a black man in Virginia right now; and the change in the ecomomy to inductrial would probably brging about further wars. Segregation, let alone slavery, doest seem to work. The slave would some day rise up
