it was called greenclaws the owl was called owlma the woman was iris

i used to love that programme, i think it was greenclaws. She always had random seeds which she would plant in the pot and put in the tree. She never knew what plant she would get untill the end, but it was normally a useful plant that resolved th eplot line. It was on channel 3.

I think it was called green fingers or green claws. I used to love it. They needed to answer clues in order to get the seeds. I'm going to try and find it now just to bring back some memories!

Can't help ... BUT you've brought back memories of that B&W Czech prog " THE SINGING RINGING TREE"...that was scarey...I may not sleep tonight. It was on SABC1 on Sunday evenings. Its shaped my life & not in a positive way!
