It depends on what you want to do. I prefer a pc over a Mac but that is just personal preference & because of the programs I want to use and how I use a computer. So I guess you should decide what you want to use your computer for and do some pro's and con's for both mac's and pc's.

Here's some links that may help you make a more informed decision.

BTW- they are both compatible.

Apple is a lot more beneficial positive. bill Gates and Steve Jobs worked mutually to create the Apple 2, yet bill Gates went to and did the Apple 2 his personal way and stated as it domicile windows. He positioned some "updates" to it. After that, Steve sewed him yet lost the case. so as meaning domicile windows is copying Apple because the start. Apple is a lot seem after yet does get MINOR viruses unlike domicile windows that interior the first 15 days I were given a domicile windows, I already had 3 viruses. bill Gates also quicker or later stated "thirteen Kilobytes under no circumstances can beat something in area." yet then Gigabytes were created and MegaBytes. meaning bill Gates will no longer be a pc guy.

I'd say Windows all the way! There are so many programs out there that are compatible with Windows and not Apple. (although Apple has come a long way) I'd still go with Windows though.

I say windows because it runs on PCs which are WAY more practical because you can change the hardware with ease and its cheaper. Although now they have some macs that will run a virtual XP although its not really practical for everyday use.

Kind of like asking which is better? Chevrolet? or Ford?

They both work. It most often depends on personal taste
and need.

I can tell you I like AIX/Linux/HPUX and other variants of
Unix but it say anything objective.

Have fun but be safe!
