what homemade crafts can be made with fresh red peppers?

we have grown small red peppers that are orginally green, turn orange, then red and I want make crafts from them....

They dry beautifully. When dry you can string them to hang, use them in arrangements. Be careful as the capasin in them can burn your hands if they are hot peppers.
