The card that i have is old its black and white and it has his signature on it.

This card sounds like a deckle edge insert card from 1968 or 1969. It came in Topps wax packs. It was part of a 30 or so deckle set. Deckle means kind of a jaggedy cut edge all around the card. The signature was in blue ink. Depending on the condition this card is not real valuable. Maybe a $3-$6 card at best. Some Santo fan may pay more. Hope this helps.

How old or how new is the card? What info are you looking for?
His actual stat you can find on mlb.com, or pay five bucks and look for the value of your card on beckett.com

You can look on line under the card name like Tops or Score. I just found out info on one of my football cards on score.
