If you like them back and you want to hang out down the road, then yes you should keep in touch. But if they are someone that you want to get away from, then loose their #.

Of course..because maybe u two might have something in the future..and what if u regret not talking to her or he when u had the chance..and in the future they have any gf/bf..its always good to keep in touch..maybe something interesting can happen
