$1.11 is the usual cost of mailing a DVD with a light bubble mailer. You might put on $1.35 if it's heavier.

Each first class stamp costs .39. Extra ounce stamps (.24) are available at your post office or can be purchased at USPS.com.

Let's review our math. 3x.39=1.17. 4x.39=1.54. You can use 3 or 4 stamps but you would save a couple of pennies if you have some .24 stamps for items over an ounce.

If it weighs one ounce or less, it needs 39c in postage if the envelope is not square - one dimension needs to be longer than the other. If it weighs even a little over 1 ounce (which it probably does), you need 63c in postage. If it's in a heavy jewel case, it may go over 2 ounces - then it needs 87c.

If it's one of the small bubble wrap envelopes, you shouldn't need more than 1.

To be safe, I would take it to the post office and have them weigh it. 3 would probably be a safe bet, though.
