Realizing that nobody is holding you down anymore. As a whole work on getting test scores up inthe youth and instill a work ethic in them, stress learning proper speech. Stress resposible breeding. Change the point of view that anyone who succeds legitimatly succeeding in school or busimess is not "selling out" or "acting white" would be the biggest problem. That atitude is only holding yourselves back.

Naw..Just kidding..We need to try to get educations instead of idolizing fake wanna be gangsters and trying to be a drug dealer. Our youth needs to start looking up to Oprah and Denzel Washington instead of Beyonce and Fiftey Cent. We need to stop wanting to be in the "in crowd" and start getting into the "succesful crowd". We need to be succesful in a good way instead of trying to be succesful by selling drugs and by killing each other. We need to come together as one and get the job done.
