She gets close to me, touches my arm, and checks me out with a smile. Why does she do this?

maybe she just thinks you need a little more attention and with the attention you will try harder and work up to your abilities in school
and for those of you who think a teacher hate you because they "give " you a lower grade...teachers DON'T give grades...you earn them!!!!!!!!! It has nothing to do with how much they do or do not like you...I have had students that I like a lot who have received F's because they do not do work...and students I can't stand get straight A's because they worked hard!

I had a teacher like this last semester. She was a total biyatch, but always gave me the "bedroom eye's" during class. She gave me a "C" in the class, so I guess she really hated me. Good Luck.

If she is doing all these inappropriate things to you, touching etc why do you think she hates you? Ignore these things that makes you think she's checking you out and it will stop. If it still bothers you, then report her.

Touching your arm and smiles are pretty harmless. Just don't think too much of it it's probably nothing. You're gut will tell you when somethings DEFININTELY not right. ;)

You should tell her that she is really making you feel uncomtorble and that if she does not leave you alone or if you feel uncomtorble again that you are going to have to let someone of authority know! just make sure that you are careful and be safe good luck

I think she wants to bang you man. Go up to her after class and confront her about it and do something taboo. Bang your teacher.

even if she does like you she can't go up to you and ask you out it illegal. and maybe its her way of being friendly. Talk to you guidance councilor about it.
