12 hours is usually the longest it takes a guppy to have fry. Unfortunately, it is much harder to tell when the other live-bearers are about to drop. Wait until you see them being more aggressive towards the other fish and hiding at the back/bottom of the tank before you separate them.

If you have a tank large enough you don't necessarily need a separate tank for the fry, buy a floating plant that is live, they grow very fast and the fry swim straight to the top after being born, a few of them are eaten but there will be too many before you know it anyways. You can tell that they are pregnant by the roundness of the belly and a black spot on the bottom of the stomach appears.

The guppy is done. The swordtail are usually more aggressive that the guppies and mollys. If they are pretty much equal in size , they should be able to get along. A Swell up belly on the female is usually an indication that she is pregnant.

Live bearer females tend to find a corner and swim in place. They don't act as social as normal.

i would take them out of the breeder first.then i would put the sword tail into the breeder.and the molly is pregnant when her belly is full or round.
