Launder with detergent, bleach and warm or hot water. If stains are really bad, soak in above before putting through laundry cycle.
To avoid future stains, wear panty liners (the long kind) and do your final wipes with with Tucks (carry some with in in small baggies) -- or something like that.

try vinegar
also after having a BM put the toilet paper in a LEETLe bit of water so that you're actually washing your bottom a little instead of just wiping. This should reduce the "landing strip" in your underwear.

Use shout with a little liquid washing soap right on the stain...You may need to shave your butt hole your stool is probably hanging on to your hairs and this is what may be staining your under wear.

You so nasty.
But you might want to try:
1) eating plenty of fruits and vegetables.
2) eating whole wheat bread
3) using baby wipes to wipe your anus because apparently toilet paper ain't working for you.

Only thing I can recommend is using the Shout Stick.
That, and quit shitting your pants.
