Place the stained portion over a cup. Pour alcohol through the back of the clothing. Rub together. Repeat until stain is gone.

If it is regular ink from an inkpen, hairspray works wonders(arisol). If you are talking about ink from a gel inkpen, that is more difficult. If it is still fresh, there is a product called gunk that will work on light stains. It can be found at most discount stores.

I got my favorite blouse messed up with ink at work and my co-worker gave me warm milk, i was apprehensive at first but it really worked.I was so surprised, i dont know if it has anything to do with the type of fabric. You could try it and let me know, If you prefer you can try "vanish" instead. I hope you get the ink out of your clothes.

well if its a white shirt you could bleach it but if its not get eather some oxi clean or some shout or spray an wash an spray it on there an rub it out or you can buy die the same color of the shirt
( or the pen ink) an dye the shirt. good luck =)

Place an absorbent paper towel or rag under the stain.
Saturate the stain with an alcohol-based hair spray.
Blot the stain with a rag or paper towel.
Repeat if necessary, until stain is removed.
Launder as usual.
