Politely explain to them that you were sitting there, and kindly ask if you can have your seat back. Especially if you were with someone or a group of friends. Chances are he/she will move, because they were probably not aware you were there.
If the person declines,...find another place to sit. It is not worth a fight--there are bigger battles in life.

Hi there,
To protect your seat, your game table should be on "protect" mode. It means only the players are invited by the game host can sit and play the game. However, other players can still come and watch although they can not sit to play.
To play with dear friends and not expecting any visitors or watchers, your game table should be on "private" mode. That means, only the players are invited by the game host can watch, sit and play on that game table.
If your game table is on "public" mode, then everyone can come to sit and play. After you stand up, other player can sit there and play. On the "public" mode, there is no protection for your own seat at all.

it depends on what site you were playing on. i play spades on yahoo games. when someone sits in my seat or another players seat, ask nicely first if you can have your seat back...if the person is pretty cool, normally they get up. If they don't, ask the host of the table to boot them and if the table is set on private, the host has to invite you back in or you might be able to sit back down. good luck, hope this helps!

Tell em it was yours first. If that doesn't work, tell em to meet you after school on the play ground , then beat em up

you have to enter as a guest and tell the person who took your seet to get of because it's your seat, if he gets off, click the sit down button that will apear, if he/she doesn't move fight him/her for it

tell them "i was sitting there, so get up" i've used this one on people and it works everytime. look at them straight in the eye, and no smiling either.
