Do you know what domesticated animals are? They're animals that could be pets (i.e. dogs, iguanas, fish). You should be able to come up with 12 of those in English. Then go to a translating site (Alta vista's Babelfish is good) and figure out what they are in French. :)

other than that I can't be of much help. I don't speak French. German and Arabic ok but not French.
