Does anyone know a good method of clean-up? It's still wet and I did wipe up most of it.

Elkie: in what I reccomend use carpetstain remover an cleaner
that comes in a arisole can. Spray it on let it foam up really good
then take several paper towls start wiping down until comes
clean!

paint thinner. use a mask so you don't get high and leave the windows open for about 3 days so the fumes can escape. then just spray some Fabreez to get the remainder of the smell out. Good luck!

Paint thinner might work, but be sure to keep the trunk open while it's drying.

Paint thinner will get it out before it is dried.After it is dried dont bother.
