U r ears ache on a flight because of the fluid build up caused by pressure in the flight. Chewing reduces this. Try gum or the sweets they offer in air..

Try chewing some gum and swallowing a lot on take off and landing. This will help reduce the impact the air pressure has on your ears.

Chew gum or take an aspirin before you fly. Sometimes, you have to do both.
