The dust on my fan blades is so thick!

I would clean em, but frankly I'm scared to because the fan is right above my bed, and one wrong move and my black bed will be covered in dust bunnies!

I don't know how I let it go for this long anyway...

get on a ladder with a micro-fiber sprayed with pledge or different polish. wipe the fan blades whilst attempting to seize each and every of the airborne dirt and dust interior the rag. once you have bumped off nearly all of the airborne dirt and dust, then do the detailing and physique of the fan. use quite some polish to maintain the airborne dirt and dust from getting airborne.

I take care of that about once every 2 weeks. When I have a house. That has ceiling fans. >sigh<

(blushes)

I have the self-cleaning type. When the dust gets thick enough, it falls off by itself!

I've never really thought about taking an accurate measurement, but we've lived here for about a year now, and I figure by spring they'll be ready to cultivate.
