Skin tone pantyhose always looks better than bare. Most women say bare but most men say pantyhose/stockings so if you are going for the casual look go bare and don't wear heels otherwise pantyhose are a must.

mini skirt and heels if you're short.
black pantyhose if cold, it's also very slimming.
i prefer no pantyhose personally.
make sure skirt is not too mini!

Bare, the pantyhose is going to :
a) make you look older
b) make you look like a slut
If you want to wear the pantyhose, wear low heels to tone it down!

if it were me, id wear pantyhose, as i do most of the time anyway. the trend right now could go either way. bare is in but if you wear a pair of dark (black) hose or leggings, it would work. if you go the leggings route, wear flats, otherwise wear a moderate heel (closed toe unless you choose the dark hose)

well, if you heels are open, dont wear panyhose, but if there not, wear BLACK pantyhose, there really in now, in all my magazines, theres always a model wearing like a skirt with black pantyhose..but they have to be ultra black, keep in mind

I looked at your photos. I think you will look good in mini skirt with bare leg, just becareful what you wear on your feet.
Pantyhose will look good for you if you wear medium (knee height or just a little bit above or below the knee) skirt with medium length to long boots.
